If I could give a zero I would. Absolute basically killed my Father! He was there for rehab. His wound vac was changed by an aide not a nurse which is required per the medical board and an attorney that I spoke with. His would vac was taken out and left out! Never looked at by an infectious disease doctor. Which we were told would be overseeing that part of his care. His diet was not adhered to and he was not given the appropriate physical therapy. He lasted a little over two weeks because when he went to his doctors his kidneys were at 50% and his doctor NEVER received the bloodwork every three days as requested. It was never done. My father got pneumonia, was freezing and could never get an extra blanket and his urinals were never emptied. He was removed with a blood infection! Shortly after that he died! I hired a lawyer to come after you! You just take money and do not care about your patients, you just care about the money! You should treat everyone like your own loved one. You pretend to be something you are not. Shame on you! And DO NOT tell me that the nursing home and rehab are different. Do not try to pass the buck. I know many people who have had similar experiences. Do not blame being short staffed. These are peoples lives that you are playing with. I am sure if it was your parent or loved one you would feel the same way.
