This facility seems to post a lot of shifts on clipboard needing help, but once you book a shift they cancel . It’s kind of concerning I’ve never seen a facility cancel so many shift as this one has. Two of my shifts have been cancelled this week

I see they take their reviews down like my last one but if I could give no stars I would quality of care sucks down to just basic hygiene for residents and staff is all agency and lets it be known they don’t want shower, brush teeth of residents , get them out of bed or even so much as open blinds and turn on tv . Staff loves to leave their trash behind in rooms and they aren’t polite to the residents less than a handful of nice staff there. Doesn’t matter to keep complaining or writing grievances doesn’t do very much sadly .
