Plz recognize these employees these 4 physical/ occupational therapists as follows:; Kaylin,Armani,Rachel,Jordan, Matthew’s my experience with them has best most satisfying & their patience and attentiveness of their care and concern has been extremely wonderful, also Evelyn and her sister Melanie has been fun and the care has been of care,hospitality,& quite respectful therefore please please include Ms . Henrietta she’s been very helpful nice , make sure they All gets there gift card like Mrs. Cindy said that they would get, such a great joyous from 9-4-25 until my discharge day which is 9-34-25& I must say Mrs. Cindy as my casemgr. is also very jovial and pleasant.
