Please do not send your family members here. My mom would go daily to check on my dad and one day they had made make-shift restraints with ace-wraps to keep his hands still. This is against resident rights and inhumane.

I am a stroke victim and just got myself out of Advena after a year and my prescriptions were never sent to my pharmacy, and I call the main number and there is no answer, but it's been like that since I ve been there! They aren't very professional at all! I have to follow up and make sure the social worker sent off the paperwork needed with my release date of a month ago so I can get my check and pay my rent.
