Most of the staff seems nice but they are very neglectful. My friend has had medical issue after medical issue because of the negligence and sloppiness of the nurses. It is really sad to sds the terrible condition of the patients. Every single one of them has had problems with the staff neglecting them and not giving them the care that is promised in the contract that they require. It is a shame.

The aide on the 3rd station named Louanne is violent and aggressive and is ready to fight anyone for any reason. If you ask for ice for your parent when you are there, because they ignore your parent when you aren’t there, then she verbally attacks you and tries to instigate a physical altercation. I can only imagine how she treats the patients.
