First impressions are very important to me and I was not disappointed. My visit for a tour was very last minute, the staff weren't fazed at all. They were warm and welcoming the moment I stepped in the door. Margo took her time and gave me a tour that was so thorough that most of what I wanted to ask was answered. She even had answers to questions I hadn't thought to ask. The facility not only looked clean, it smelled clean. Everyone from staff to the residents were friendly. It was a very lively environment, one that will do wonders for my mom's mental health. I especially love that you're allowed to bring your loved ones pets to visit them. That will give my mom peace of mind during her stay there. There are so many positives that I noticed, and I would like to thank Ms. Margo Miller for her time and attention to details.
