My husband was here for a short period. When he transferred to another facility they lost his clothes, his wallet, his phone charger, and his glasses. The administrator told me he would contact the laundry department and find out if they had any unclaimed items. So far that has not happened. I feel that my concerns are not being addressed. He has not been in contact with me yet

Compassionate staff. Some high turnover. Some long timers. Good mix. The job is tough. These one star reviews.... As a nurse practitioner with experience rounding these facilities. Patients and family are stressed and expect too much for taxpayer funded services and put blame on the facility, when the problem is that Medicaid and Medicare are the payers mostly and are the same ones regulating the industry. Since it's an industry like this it attracts slime. Private equity acquires and merges facilities and maximizes earnings. It's lean, but the people are great, and it's been a blessing. Dad has been there for 2 years. I would highly recommend this facility. For staff (and visitor) benefit, I would recommend a push button magnetic door release at the nurse station (or keypad) instead of a keypad by the door, but again this is probably an AHCA requirement for elopement.

The staff here have been really supportive in taking care of my loved one. They are very attentive, professional, and go out of their way to ensure his well-being is their number one priority. We feel comfortable that he is in their care.
