My brother is at this place now but some staff there that don’t care about the people there, Rude disrespectful curse, and laugh at patients that need additional assistance and does not take care of the environment Does not clean the bedrooms or the medical items my brother has to be on IV but the medical equipment that carries the IV fluid is dusty and dirty, and there is old food on it… He was given food that wasn’t cooked. Staff over night are the worse …!!! The morning staff are the best. I was told things that this place that are not true from the director… it’s very upsetting!! I will be putting in a complaint to the city about this place and what I have seen and I have my evidence and how some staff spoke to me was rub and how they talked to the patient there it’s made me sad.

I've been in 15+facilities this place is easily in the top 5 best all staff are caring and genuine I'm needing a home hopefully I've found.its upbeat fun and wholey geared to individual needs and dignity. well maintained clean.the food needs work but it's not too bad I give it 4 1/4 stars out of 5..
