Both my grandfather's had had the pleasure of doing their rehab here at separate times months appart 2025. The admitting, billing, nursing, therapy, and social work staff were all TOP NOTCH! They took very good care of my grandfathers. Tasha and Gina went above and beyond their responsibilities to assist us with Medicaid qualification and assistance availability. TASHA, you navigated us through a very complex approval. Without you specifically my 1st grandfather's fate would have been awful! THANK YOU TASHA! Owers, please recognize the diamond in the rough you have on her and I pray you continue to show your appreciation for your exceptional staff like her. The wound care nurse Julie/Julia(sorry names?) ensured I received our initial Ostomy training, was patient with my questions, and took time with us repeatedly. The med nurse went above and beyond for us as well as Meghan Wait -PA, Lance and Brian (again names?) PTs and OTs. We were kept informed and we were supported as a family. The facility smells clean andthe bathrooms are kept clean. The food service and staffing needs improvement regarding temperature food is received by patients (cold). But their medical care was excellent and I feel they were both treated with dignity and respect. I highly recommend Medical Lodge for rehab for your loved ones and for their support of caregivers.

My mother was actually the one that was in this facility but I've visited frequently The facility was clean and there was always staff around and the staff was always very attentive My mom really liked it there to the point where she goes back to talk to people every time I would visit I would ask her questions about how things were going she always had positive information The only thing that she did not like was the food but to add to that she is a very picky eater haha but everyone was very nice and helpful for my mom

Tasha is rude and will take her anger out on you if she is having a bad day.. I can only imagine how she is treating her residents. Ma'am realize treating people with respect is an important part of your job! Do better!
