In the beginning I found it difficult to obtain a brochure by mail and follow-up was nonexistent. Somehow, on one of my several phone calls, I connected with Alexandra Bolen, who saved the day for Amavida. She was very professional and displayed kindness, patience, understanding and answered all of my questions. Alexandra responded promptly to assist us in making a very important lifestyle decision. I hope Amavida realizes what an asset she is to their company.
