I would never recommend this rehab center to anyone. From the very beginning, it was clear that the staff, especially the nurses, were completely unprepared and unqualified to provide proper care. They did not seem to know what they were doing, and their lack of basic knowledge was alarming. The environment itself was unsanitary and far below the standard anyone should expect from a medical facility. Hygiene was neglected, and it was obvious that cleanliness was not a priority. What’s even worse is the negligence and unethical behavior I witnessed. Patient needs were ignored, safety protocols were not followed, and there was no real concern for well-being. This is not just poor service—it is dangerous. This facility should be held accountable for its negligence. If you care about yourself or your loved one’s health and safety, look elsewhere.

Note: sometimes, when there are 70 5-star reviews written at exactly the same timeframe, that may indicate that someone may be skewing the true average rating of an establishment

If I could rate any building a 5* it would always be the Ambassador! You are treated with respect, kindness, smiles, and the admission process all the way through discharge was amazing. Starting with Desire and Nicole, my interactions were comforting and welcome. The building may be a little older but it’s the care that counts (I don’t care how pretty it is) but if you want a good experience through the skilled nursing process i recommend contacting admissions (Desire) who will walk you through the most stressful time of your life. I promise you won’t be disappointed:) your loved one will receive great care!
