I wish i could give a negative star! My sister is currently there and I have to say the place is disgusting!!! She is currently in a room with 2 others and was told a third will be moving in which is insane! there is no where to sit when i visit her, one of her roomies is verbally abusive and smokes marijuana it always smells in the room. I have pictures of all the wet spots on the walls and ceiling its smells like mold also, i do not understand how this facility is running, but best believe i will advocate for her and any other person who doesn't have anyone looking out for them as this place should be shut down! Work in progress to have this place inspected very soon! Saying that your facility takes complaints serious is a JOKE! Your facility screams VIOLATIONS and will soon be exposed!

Let me start off by saying Ambassador nursing and rehabilitation has helped me not once, but twice. 13yrs ago I was shot multiple times in my back, after 4-5 months of physical therapy I ended up at Ambassador. From the beginning I was greeted by staff, Erin Johnson the Admissions Director was one of the first of many wonderful, caring people I met. The transportation coordinator CoCo always makes sure I'm going to my appointments on time. The Administrator Ozzy is very involved with his residents, ilove the fact that there's an open door policy with him.
