I would strongly advise against placing your loved one in this facility. From the start, the environment is not well-maintained or clean. While staff initially present themselves as professional, this quickly fades as their lack of empathy and poor communication become apparent. For example, when my loved one was sent to the hospital, we were not notified by the facility rather, the hospital itself contacted us first. This level of neglect and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. In my personal opinion, the facility’s practices appear to prioritize profit over patient well-being. It seems their approach is to move patients in and out quickly, without providing the proper care and attention they deserve. This is not the type of place I would ever recommend for anyone’s loved one.
