My aunt has moved into this community home. As leery as we were, it's been really great for her. She receives attention and care more than she would if she was at home alone. I wasn't sure reading reviews; however, I dropped in unannounced around 1130 the other night and the overnight staff was AMAZING. The ladies were all so friendly, very attentive. Seemed to go above and beyond what their titles are. Very impressed.

A friend lives at this place and from speaking with her it seems they are understaffed and new ones don't have much instruction as to what is expected of them. it seems that a good CNA is woth her weight in gold and a good CNA can make or break your day. Because for some they are the nly person the resident sees some days.also the portions of the meals are small.I also believe when they first begin their shift They need to check on their residents to make sure all is well with the mandatory they know what to expect on their oncoming shift.
