My wife and I visited a family member at this American house location recently. We signed in when we walked in and went to my family members room. I’ll refer to the family member as FM. My FM’s room was very nice and had a small kitchen with no stove, I’m sure for safety reasons. The room had a really high ceiling, so it was very airy and seemed larger than it was, however there was plenty of room for one person. The room was furnished with the furniture from my FM’s house which was nice because it was very familiar to them. In the short time we were in the room talking to my FM, three different staff members came in to see how my FM was doing. We accompanied my FM to dinner and when the order was placed, the staff whispered to us and said your FM will not eat what they ordered and they recommended we switch it to something else, so we did. My FM ate what was ordered and enjoyed it, so that tells me the staff are really paying attention and know what they will eat and not eat. I really liked this place and their staff. Everyone we interacted with was nice, friendly, were smiling and seemed happy to be there. The facility is very clean and we have no complaints about the staff or the facility.
