As the psychiatric nurse practitioner covering Riverbend at Farmington, I’m proud to work alongside such a dedicated and compassionate team. The staff here are incredibly supportive—not only to me as a provider but most importantly, to the residents they care for. Riverbend offers a warm, welcoming environment where patients are actively engaged in daily activities that keep them involved, stimulated, and happy. This is such an important aspect of care, especially in preventing behavioral issues and promoting overall well-being. The facility itself is immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, which creates a peaceful and uplifting atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. It’s clear that both the staff and the residents truly enjoy being part of this community. Highly recommend Riverbend to families looking for a caring and vibrant senior living environment.

Thank you to the culinary staff and allowing our large family to gather in the pub on the third floor for various occasions honoring our father. Dad appreciates all of us coming to him which lessens his travel experience since his mobility is decreasing. When contacted at least two weeks prior to the event and working with the culinary staff, they will set up all the tables, linens, and place settings for our future family gathering. A menu is also offered however, we prefer bringing in our homemade Italian food for family celebrations. After the Gathering the culinary staff returns and does the majority of the cleanup. This definitely allows us time to enjoy our visit with our father.

I've read an extremely long negative review recently . Mine is quite the opposite. My husband moved into Anthology now Riverbend when they were transitioning ownership. Despite the obvious turmoil of staff turnover, operational changes, etc the change went smoothly and to Northridge's credit for the better. Riverbend is a well run residence. Memory Care is clean, well run and the residents are , most importantly, well cared for. Well done, Northridge. Keep up the good work!
