I wish I could give Clearwater, and especially Tricia Lohbeck the Senior Sales Director, ten stars! Tricia helped us through a very stressful and daunting transition, making the process clear and transparent. With her guidance we were able to make well informed choices and feel secure in the knowledge that my father-in-law would be well taken care of. She communicated quickly and consistently and was there for us every step of the way, no question too small and no problem too thorny. We just can't thank her enough and it speaks volumes about Clearwater to be able to recruit and retain such a remarkable individual. My father-in-law has been very happy with his apartment, his level of care and especially the food!

I moved my father into Clearwater 2 months ago. The experience could not have been any better! This is my second parent to go into assisted living and I was bracing myself for what to expect after my first experience. However, everything was handled professionally and with precision. Tricia Lohbeck the Senior Sales Director made everything a breeze! She was easy to work with, personally delightful and a consummate professional. She went out of her way to ensure everything was prefect. She made herself available after hours and on her days off! Incredible! She put us in contact with all the various trades we needed to execute my father's move and would always follow up. I fully endorse Clearwater at the Arboretum and especially Tricia! The building is wonderful, the care is excellent, the staff dotes on the residents and the food is fantastic.

The Senior Sales Director, Tricia Lohbeck, did an outstanding job of introducing Clearwater to myself, my siblings, and my mother. We were a tough audience as we all were looking at different areas of importance to guarantee our parents comfort at a new AL facility (moving them from another). Tricia was able to address all of our questions, taking time to make sure my mother knew that she was the primary client. We never felt rushed into a decision, nor did we feel like our questions and observations were not heard or answered. Tricia pulled in other staff and other residents when appropriate so we could observe and question first hand how it felt to be part of Clearwater. Her follow-up and attention to detail stood out (I have been through this process before with multiple AL facilities in the Austin area); she was personable and eager to help. Whether I texted her during or after office hours, Tricia always sent me a prompt response. She made helpful suggestions we had not thought about, and gave us two days of tours to allow us make this important decision for our parents. Once we made the decision to move, I knew the paperwork would be voluminous from doing this once before. Tricia offered the option of completing the paperwork online or by hand (after she presented it to us already printed in a folder). A week later as I was slowly starting the paperwork at home, and had to call to get clarification on some items, Tricia offered her availability in her office to sit with me and complete it together. I didn’t hesitate to accept her offer which took all of my worries away; not to mention my dread at missing important details necessary for my parents well-being. Tricia was friendly, patient, funny, thorough, professional and an overall delight to work with. She was also generous with her knowledge of local movers and most-favored mobility devices for the elderly. Clearwater is lucky to have her as their Senior Sales Director. Tricia made us feel heard and she was quick to resolve any doubts we initially had. I felt like she was trustworthy when most people in a “sales” position are only looking to make a sale and close. Tricia never made us feel that way. Instead, she was empathetic, engaging and thoughtful about our needs. We never felt pushed; we felt welcomed. I am hopeful that the rest of the staff at Clearwater will be as caring, kind, and helpful as Tricia when my parents move in.
