In all the years that I had my dad angel Ramos placed at aperion on western it was a great experience the staff all became our 2nd family the support was amazing my dad was very comfortable with the other residents and the whole staff the residents all had a evening hang out with my dad for snacks and milk this death of my dad really caused a big heart break to the residents and the staff I truly recommend the facility to other members but the family also had to be involved with the patient and the staff in all the years I only had 1 issue and that was that sent my dad to the hospital with out notifing me but after that I spoke to administration and that situation was fixed and never again did I have a issue so god bless all the staff from the front desk to house keeping cna lpns rns administration dietary the staff in the basements in the wreck room amazing support to my dad and me thank you for everything

The nursing staff is wonderful and caring some of them have a little more attitude than I like I am not an hard person to get along with but will Erin marathons around you if you treat my family in a manner that I did like. Other than the few I don’t think should be in this profession I love the place.
