It took 7 weeks to get the air chiller in my room fixed, because "corporate' doesn't want maintenance to do any repairs that cost money. The only reason it was fixed after 7 weeks was that it was affecting my health, and the business office didn't want to lose my monthly insurance payment. The nurses on 2nd floor are wonderful, but administration, the business office, Social Services and activities departments are all a train wreck. The Occupational therapist and Physical therapist are both nice people, but not even remotely qualified for the type of rehab I need
