From the moment I met Robin & Carmen I knew this was the caring place for my mom. They knew & greeted all the residents. My mother has been there 2 months. They treat her with respect & dignity. They try to get her involved in activities I have been there for lunch and dinner. The food is great. All staff have gone above and beyond to make my mother and my family welcome The price was higher than other memory care facilities but you get what you pay for. Best experience I could have wanted

I was pleasantly impressed with the enrollment process for my mother at Arbor Hills Memory Care in Plano. From the very beginning, the staff has been welcoming, compassionate, and attentive, which gave me a great sense of comfort during such a difficult transition. A special thank you to Ms. Robin, who walked me through each step of the process with patience and care. She truly made everything feel less overwhelming and ensured that I understood what to expect. I am excited and, most importantly, at peace with the level of care and attention my mom has received so far. The kindness and support shown by everyone at Arbor Hills means so much to me and my family. Arbor Hills Memory Care was recommended to me by the manager of an Assisted Living facility when it became clear that my mother needed additional support. On the day I visited Arbor Hills and met with Robin, the marketing manager, a visitor arrived with a box of cupcakes to share with the staff. Her husband was a resident there, and he had recently passed. She told me that I was in the right place, that the staff and facility were amazing, and that my loved one would be cared for like family. My mother spent the last 16 months of her life at Arbor Hills, and without reservation, I can say that this was one of the best decisions of my life. She went from being isolated and depressed to becoming engaged in life. She ate her meals with other women who were carefully matched to her personality and abilities. She was tended to carefully by an empathetic staff. She engaged in activities and crafts and attended the many seasonal events that the facility hosted. We had several family events at the facility in one of the specially designated rooms reserved for private family meals. The food was always delicious. I said goodbye to my mother at her funeral service yesterday. Three of the staff members of Arbor Hills attended. My goals for end-of-life care for my Mom were that she reside in a place where she would be treated with respect, dignity, and love. I have only ever found one facility that was able to provide all three, and that is Arbor Hills.
