We visited Arbor Terrace while exploring options for our mom and were very impressed. It felt warm and inviting from the moment we walked in — more like a comfortable apartment setting than a traditional assisted living facility. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff we met were friendly and compassionate. The residents all seemed happy and engaged. We left feeling confident that this would be a wonderful place for our mom.

Arbor Terrace provides exceptional quality of care for my aunt and mother, who will have lived there for a year as of November 2024. The small size of resident population allows the staff in all parts of the facility to provide personalized care, but the staff's kindness, sense of humor and conscientiousness are because of each staff member's amazing character. Mom, my aunt, and I are so very grateful for their care and support. Highly recommend for anyone that needs greater support than independent living provides, but wants to enjoy a warm social atmosphere, excellent activities, and a safe, nurturing environment.

If I weren’t there just for a tour and info gathering for my family member, I would’ve signed myself up for Assisted Living at Arbor Terrace! From beginning to end, and top to bottom, this community seems to have it all! Cathy offered up a thorough & informative tour of the warm, clean & well-appointed communal and personal spaces, along with a walk outdoors in the gardens. Food menu looked nutritious and delicious, activities roster seemed robust and the residents were milling about and exuded good energy. These residents appeared happy & well-cared for. Double thumbs up!!!
