After touring many local assisted living communities, my mom moved into Arbor Terrace, Norwood, and we are beyond happy with our choice. From the first time we visited Arbor Terrace, we knew it was the right place for my mom. It is a smaller community, which is easy to navigate and not overwhelming. The building is beautifully appointed and extremely clean. The entire staff is warm, and know all the the residents by name. Marissa and Xiomara were readily available answering all of our questions during our decision making process, and still are just a phone call away.

It’s a great facility. I usually write a review when it’s 5 star or 0 star. This place is a top notch. I visit this place to see patients, and I am happy the way the staff and all clinicians take care of people living here. The staff here makes sure that everyone is taken care. They have all the other amenities like tv room, salon, exercise room. I am sure I have missed other amenities this place offers. Place is very clean and tidy. Denise, Angelica from the wellness center are absolutely great and other staff like Margarita, Albenia take a great care of patients. I would recommend this place to the loved ones as I know they are safe here
