We couldn't be happier with The Arbors Assisted Living. From the moment we walked through the doors, the Director, AnnMarie Sousa made us feel completely welcome. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care helped ease what could have been a very stressful transition. My 92 year old mother has settled in beautifully and is truly thriving. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile. The environment is both safe and engaging, with plenty of activities that keep her mentally and socially active. Seeing her so content and well cared for brings our whole family peace of mind. The Arbors is more than just a facility - it's a community that feels like home. We're incredibly grateful to AnnMarie and the entire team for the care and support they've shown our family. Highly recommend!

The Arbors is a facility that is well thought out for the care of aging adults. My parents moved into a two bedroom in January after living 60 years in their home. Anne Marie was instrumental in helping making this transition as seamless as possible. The common areas are very comfortable and inviting. Their 2 BR apartment is spacious and cozy. The caring staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. My folks look a lot healthier since they moved in 4 months ago and I think the care has a lot to do with it. It is a relief to my family knowing that my parents are safe and well cared for. If you are considering this move for your parents, I highly recommend it.

My mother was a resident at the Arbors until she had to transition to full time skilled nursing. She resided mostly in the traditional section, but later had to transition to memory care. The facility has very nice amenities, including movie theaters, beauty salons, a nice courtyard with fire pits and grills, a pub for gatherings, and a private dining room for family functions. I always joked that it's like The Hyatt, except no swimming pool. There is also a good variety of activities offered, as well as outings. The staff is extremely caring and compassionate. They know every resident on a first-name basis, and always greets them personally whenever they come in contact. My mother was very happy there, and really loved the staff and felt very safe and well cared for.
