Wow, I find it funny how some people like to bully other’s even through reviews. I have heard nothing but great things about the Arbors Memory Care community. The staff is friendly. The care is amazing. The community may be older, but it is maintained. The leadership team goes above and beyond making sure that there are activities and events and nice lunches for the residence. What bothers me is to read reviews that people expect perfection. The world is not perfect and I’m sure the people who are writing these negative reviews aren’t either. About the Executive Director, I’ve heard that she is a compassion person and a giant heart for the residence that she has in the community as well for her team. She actually cares. To go after her, is a pure sign of bullying and disrespect. She is only guilty of being a caring and loving person. Have you ever stoped and thought that maybe you are the problem? Maybe you’re just quick to assume things. People are always quick to judge without knowing the facts. Radiant Senior Living is very fortunate to have people who care working for them. Staff at Arbors, all I can say is Keep your face always toward the sunshine - and shadows will fall behind you.

I wasn’t going to leave a review until I read Marianne’s review. It sounded so familiar with me. Our first experience was all lollipops and roses. We were led to believe that my stepmother would get the absolute best treatment. We looked at other places nearby and Arbors was clearly in need of repairs but the location was convenient. We had trouble from day one. Our concerns were dismissed and all of a sudden we are dealing with a completely different person in the director. It’s like she has multiple personalities. We tried speaking with the staff but they are afraid of her. When we hired extra hospital nurse care they told us with about what really goes on. The place was mostly vacant and they still had staffing problems. Under staff and lots of turnover. These should have been our clues. One of the nursing aid staff said someone choked on her food and passed away. Right there in the dinning room. Then they fired her just for telling us the truth. We took my stepmother out of there and now she is home. We have excellent home nursing help and they tell us we made the right decision. Do not be fooled.

This place is so nice and comforting! Knowing my grandmother is in good hands is just the best and most comforting feeling. They do lots of activities daily with them to ensure there is no boredom. You won’t be seeing my grandma in her wheelchair in a room with a tv… you’ll see her dancing, playing bingo, and getting her nails done! They serve healthy meals also, so I know my grandma is getting good nutrition as well. Not only that, the facility is beautiful! Not just plain white walls. Highly recommend this place for your loved ones
