To: Arbrook Plaza Staff, Management and Ownership From: Rodger and Norma St John (Current Residents) We were asked to submit a personal statement regarding our experience at Arbrook and this note summarizes our response. We have been in residence just short of a year and are most happy to report as follows: 1. Accommodations - absolutely excellent. The correct room size and space appropriate for seniors who require complete simplicity. 2. Medical - personal daily attendance and prescriptions always on time with strict adherence to cleanliness. 3. Housekeeping - complete daily accountability. 4. Activities - generally very good although we are quite reserved in such matters. 5. Physical Therapy - very limited involvement thus far but appears quite good. 6. Staff Interaction - superior in all respects. The individual care (dressing, showers, wheelchair conveyance, eating assistance, etc.) ALLWAYS delivered with the utmost of LOVE. The keyword here is LOVE and for thar we are so very grateful. Thank you. Rodger and Norma St John

"Our family had such a positive experience with Arbrook Plaza. My dad was there for physical therapy, and we were so impressed with the care he received. The physical therapy team is truly top-notch. They were incredibly encouraging and worked with him every single day. We felt like they genuinely cared about his recovery, and the results speak for themselves. The nurses were attentive, and everyone seemed to be on the same page with his care plan. The facility itself was clean, and my dad even commented on how good the food was. We are so happy with the progress he made, and we would absolutely recommend Arbrook Plaza for anyone needing rehab."
