Providence Rest has been home to my 84-year-old mom since December 2024. It was an extremely difficult decision for her to make the transition to permanent residency in a nursing home, but from the very first day we were welcomed with warmth and kindness. The staff has truly made us feel at home, and the administration’s open-door policy gives families the comfort of being able to ask important questions at any time. I especially cannot say enough about the incredible staff who organize events and activities for the residents—they bring so much joy and engagement to their daily lives. If you are searching for compassionate, high-quality long-term care for your loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend Providence Rest.

It is with enthusiasm that I highly recommend ArchCare at Providence Rest! My mom has always given our family the best, and she deserves the best. The decision to place a parent/loved one in a nursing home/rehab is not made lightly. I toured Providence with a friend who is a health care professional and spoke well of the facility. She was correct! Clinically, the teams work together and respond to family. The setting is gorgeous and tranquil. The unexpected and MOST important joy is that there is love and care in the air here. On my mom’s first day, I sat in the chapel and cried. A nun saw me and told me don’t worry, Providence Rest would be part of her family now. A big shout out to Michelle and the Recreation crew. Michelle is also the Director of Guest Experience which speaks volumes of the attention to detail. The qualified staff of 3P…Mariam, Connie, Barbara, the supervisors, Dr. Taparia and all of the team make it happen daily. The front desk crew share a smile and cleanliness is evident throughout. The staff behind the scenes are getting it done! If you are faced with the decision of sub-acute or long term care, ArchCare at Providence Rest is excellent!

This place is horrible my family member was admitted here. I thought he was going to be in a place were they going to take good care of him. But let me told you something everything has been a nightmare I found my family member last night at 9:15 pm waiting for 45 mins while laying in his feces for someone from the nursing staff to come clean my father knowing he already has a bedsore tgwtches receiving wound care for and knowing the other conditions that's he has. Me as a registered LPN know the importance of taking care of a patient who has this type of condition is a priority. And dont get me wrong, I know sometime we can be busy or shortstuff, but please 45 min that's crazy i found him crying waiting for help . The only I can say please dont bring ur family members to this place.
