The extreme negligence of this facility directly lead to the death of my father in law. Upon seeing his condition we had to demand they transport him by ambulance to the emergency room. Now, a year later, they are still billing us for the 4 days that his belongings were in his room while he lay dying in the hospital.

Arden Courts responded promptly, and was able to accommodate the family for a tour right away as well as an assessment. The parent will be moving into Arden Courts Of Avon within the next several days. That is one happy family!
