This place is TERRIBLE. They are understaffed and their residents go unnoticed and unhelped and they deny that they’re understaffed. The place smelled like urine for two months and they didn’t do anything about it even though we said something countless times. They’re supposed to be a lockdown facility and my grandfather got out multiple times. My grandfather was severely dehydrated and ended up in the hospital and now we’re in hospice. The director of nursing showed up to the hospital pretending to care about my grandfather then had the audacity to say we need to make sure we get his stuff out or they’ll start charging by the day. They’re greedy and careless.
