They take amazing care of their patients and everyone who works there seems to love what they do. I have two uncles in there. One who just turned 100 years old and he loves everything and everyone who takes care of him. The other needs more medical care and they have stayed on top of everything. Their facilities are top notch as well. I would 100% recommend this place for any elderly in need of care.

The Presbyterian Manor took excellent care of my mother-in-law during her time there. From the very beginning, we felt like part of a team working together with the staff to ensure her needs were met with dignity, kindness, and respect. What stood out most was how the staff cared beyond just their job duties. Their compassion, attentiveness, and genuine concern for her well-being made all the difference. It gave our family peace of mind to know she was not only safe but truly cared for. We’re deeply grateful for their dedication and the love they showed in every interaction.

All the staff at Ark City Presbyterian Manor are fantastic dedicated employees. They make holidays special and try to make all the residents feel safe and comfortable. The recent power outage was bad and rough on all concerned. I hope this issue is resolved. I would give 5 stars if that is fixed for the future.
