I took my mom to tour Atria and was greeted by Rachelle, who was warm and welcoming. She gave us a tour, answered our questions patiently and was very informed. My mom moved in a week and a half later. She is very happy and well adjusted at Atria. All the staff are very helpful and friendly.

This place is great at taking care of our loved ones.. however my father has been here 3yrs and every year they raise the rent by over 10% for a studio independent living. Reason i gave it a 4 stars

The staff at Atria Evergreen Valley are so warm and friendly. Rachel from sales was so helpful and considerate when explaining room options and the application process to us. She really made my mother, my sisters and I feel at ease with this very difficult move. JR from maintenance patiently listened to our requests for my mother’s new room and addressed all of them immediately. We have toured other places in the Bay Area and like Atria Evergreen Valley the best. Not only are the staff all friendly but the residents really made my non-English speaking mother feel welcomed. It is a wonderful place!
