Atria Kinghaven is an award-winning independent and assisted living community set on six beautifully landscaped acres bordering the Riverview Highlands Golf Course. Residents enjoy spacious apartments, chef-prepared dining, and a rich calendar of activities through Atria's signature Engage Life® program. With more than 30 years of serving families, this community offers a warm, homelike atmosphere with the support of a nationally recognized senior living organization.
Our Care Approach
Atria Kinghaven develops individualized care plans for each resident and provides assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management, and mobility. Nursing support is available 12–16 hours daily with a 24-hour call system, and residents can access third-party physical and occupational therapy on-site.

Atria Kinghaven truly feels like a second home. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how personal and welcoming everything is. The residents are genuinely happy, and it’s clear how much the staff cares. They joke with residents, connect with them, and create such a warm, family-like atmosphere. One of my favorite touches is seeing photos of residents’ loved ones who served displayed on the main walls, it’s such a meaningful way to honor their stories and lives. The variety of activities and classes is wonderful, and they even offer things like massages, which is such a special bonus. Most of all, the staff is amazing. They truly care and treat every resident like family. You can tell all the residents are happy here, and honestly, every time I’m visiting at Atria Kinghaven, I feel happier too. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where people are truly valued and cared for.

They are available 24/7, incredibly compassionate, and so attentive to the little details. They learn all preferences right away and always keep family informed, which has brought peace of mind to so many and they are genuinely cared for. The community itself is gorgeous — It's spotless, warm, pet-friendly, and feels like home. Great chef-prepared meals and the activities are frequent & quite a variety. The apartments are spacious with many different floorplans each meeting your needs. I can see a real difference in residents many becoming more social, more active, and happier. At Atria you no longer have to worry and know your family/friend is in great hands. I am so grateful to the entire team at Atria Kinghaven. If you're a fellow caregiver looking for independent or assisted living for a loved one, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As a musical performer at Atria Kinghaven, I've had the best experience. The Atria staff are friendly and warm. The residents are some of the kindest, most loving people on the planet, and I've enjoyed having the pleasure to perform for them on a weekly basis. Working with Debbie and staff has been fantastic and I'm looking forward to more fantastic gigs at Atria Kinghaven!
