Do not give them any money until your loved one has been assessed - currently waiting to get my money back! It’s been 14 days. Finally received call from Executive Director Anita saying that money will be refunded within 4 days. This is a bad business practice. No money should be paid until your loved one is assessed ! Also if you are looking for a facility that advertises memory care as your loved one declines they ask that you move them because this is a lower acuity community and can not provide the services or care that your love one needs.

Atria is a very nice facility. The staff is kind and attentive. It gives us great peace of mind having my Mom in a facility like this.
