Ms Williams, the Director of Social Service says she a transparent individual but I was verbally offered a position and at the very last second I get an email, not a call, from HR apologizing that she "forgot" to reach out to me earlier but they went with another candidate... After I had asked the HR person was she sure I was going to be able to show up for orientation the next day, given there was nothing else in my background, which there wasn't. Ms. Williams and Lizette, what you did was highly unethical and God saved me from working with persons such as yourself. This NF has a rather higher rating than others but you really have to do your research on the management of the facility or you may be stuck if you accept a position there. I'm being transparent and expect you to do the same also. You are playing with people's livelihoods when you provide a job offer then snatch it away at the very last minute with no explanation, even when asked. That's why there is a revolving door of employees in the NH world... They don't treat their employees like people at all, and you only get to rely on persons who feel as if they can't walk out and do something else, and the work ethic goes down the drain, so does the quality of taking care of the residents. I have washed myself of SNFs, SLFs, etc. They seem like they are all a waste of my time and the salary is NOT competitive. If you have education and believe in yourself, go elsewhere and don't believe anything these people say. They will just hire the person who will accept the lowest offer.

Honestly , if I can give it negative stars I would! Please do not send your loved ones here . The staff only care about a paycheck and that’s it they treat the residents very poorly ! The place itself is very old and dirty they have roaches mice and bed bugs ! the elevators are always out of order it smells like urine! I was trying to get the 4th floor nurse attention to let her know there was a spill on the floor she didn’t even realize I was speaking to her because she was to busy on her phone rather than doing her job and pay attention to the residents
