I want to recognize Jay who was the receptionist on duty on 9-29-25 in the evening in the day I was having trouble contacting staff and one of the residents. Each time I tried my calls and couldn’t get through, Jay answered the phone every time I called him back and he eventually got my message to the resident I was trying to reach. I so appreciate his professionalism and compassion.
