If I could put zero I definitely would it’s too much going on in this facility. The first is remolded the second floor is horrible. Urine smells etc patients not properly being takes care of etc.

Place is a rat infested dump someone needs to call the city ! Just look at the outside of the place and the admin is terrible only cares about a bounus he gets does not care about residents help shut this place down! Fire alarm does not work! Trash is covered the entire outside. The people in the old building live in filth pee smell from years of not cleaning it's so gross and needs to be shut down !

This place is dump. Phones are never answered. Staff is rude, and leaves call lights unanswered. The smell of urine and feces greets you at the door. If you love your family, you won't send them here.
