First impression is a lasting impression. Just entering into the lobby was greeted by two staff members. I was asked for a photo ID which was appropriate, since this was my 1st. visit I needed to give some information. I was given directions to the elevator, while walking I noticed not just the cleaniness, but the amazing artwork throughout the hallways. Upon reaching the second level again greeted by every staff member I passed. I really wasn't surprised because the staff @ another Autumn Lake located further out Falls Rd. staff is the exact same way. Coming from a customer service background of thirty-fives yrs. with the State of MD this is very much appreciated & kudos for just being so kind & pleasant, it made my visit delightful 💯❤️

I'm happy with the care my brother is doing getting. I thanked the staff for caring for my brother. As of July 23, 2025 the health of my brother is drastically declining due to lack of rehab over 2 years.
