Annette, the director, has yet to return phone calls on issues in her facility. She seemed interested in my list of concerns until it was time to face them. I am disappointed in the directors professionalism. They are shortstaffed currently check their website for the list of departments short staffed. I wouldn’t send your loved ones here anytime soon. 8/14/2025

This place is horrible and horribly ran! Residents are left wet and soiled through shifts. Conversations with the D.O.N and staff in charge has changed nothing. Anytime staff members are upset with you because you're advocating for your love, is a red flag to me.. This place needs to be shut down. Today is August 4, 2025 at 7:30pm, and not much has changed. They print these daily or monthly plan of care forms that they hang up on the wall that are full of lies. They don't do half the things they state they do on those forms. My Mother will have on the same gown for a week if I don't say anything. When certain nurses and CNA aides aren't working, I worry about my Mom's cares and her safety. The staff turnover here is impacting and raises the awareness of the low quality of cares that are or are not administered. I will continue to bring awareness and expose the neglect until something chsnges.

They pay agency CNA $21 an hour and they pay staff CNA $15- $18. However, they pay LPNs between $32- $37 & RNs $36-43 hourly. They care here is horrible and yes you can blame the rate at which they pay the frontline employees. Don’t be foolish and send your loved one here they will go neglected and not cared for. Because the CNAs don’t care because their compensation does not match the current market. Go take a look for yourself on their we site
