They are nice welcoming and friendly at first. They will lie and promise care that staff will not provide your loved ones once moved in . I was a medication aide there and most of the workers complained about helping residents stating “ we don’t do that work this is assisted living not long term . The employees eat free so they run out of food for residents. Staff are very rude and aggressive with patients especially the resident in memory care 😪😢 ! I’ve stepped in on at least 3 occasions to stop physical abuse! Reported it to management! They don’t do showers and falsely document they’re done . Hall trays was what lead me to call the state after speaking to the administrator Lynn W. after several residents complaints and some not getting meals at all ( nursing staff saying it dietary job ) Dietary staff saying it’s nursing. I asked Lynn can we place the responsibility on someone to assure everyone eats she said “ well we ate already feeding them FOR FREE at least they can come out and eat ! Some are bond to their rooms they can’t come out . They stopped all meals to resident in room 333 said she’s to big and need to get up ! The county police is always there due to the employees are fighting one another physically and verbally . Employees bring their unvaccinated dogs , their kids to work . They also do crafts and watch movies at work instead of tending to the needs of the residents !

We have had a very pleasant interaction at this facility. From the front office folks, maintenance, nursing, the chef & dining room staff, therapy, and activities ladies. Not an unfriendly one in the bunch, that I have met. All of the residents seem to like it here, and one of them told us that she tried two other facilities, and this was the best by far. The place is clean, well run, maintained, and doesn't have any odors that I have experienced at some other facilities. I like that it is also a non for profit faith based operation, and in a great location. I would highly recommend this facility to others looking for a nice place for their loved ones to reside.
Community Outreach Coordinator
I had the pleasure of working with Executive Director, Bailey Evans, to provide a massage event for the employees and staff at Autumn View Gardens Ellisville. Every person we worked with were warm and friendly and provided a positive experience for our team. We are looking forward to a continued partnership with this facility!
