I used to be one of the best cooks loved by all the residents named Aaron Garcia and I got fired for how bad the kitchen manager was...that's why I give this place a 1 star review. The workers and especially the newer administrator are not doing their jobs and super in-professional i even tried to get my job back and the administrator told me she would call me to let me know after checking with super visors but no call...again super unprofessional I worked their twice. And the workers I've seen healthcare go and smoke around the residents I've seen insects in the residents rooms because lack of care for the residents and ive seen alot of crooked actions in the departments at this facility...DONT EVER PUT THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE HERE...ITS A PRISON AND ITS HORRIBLE.

Looking for an assisted living facility is not easy and finding one that has caring, competent staff is extremely important. Lindsey, the community coordinator, was our first contact at Avamere. She is professional, excellent communicator and helpful. Lindsey not only reassured us, she also helped us with resources to help with the costs. It was the only facility willing to provide transportation without so many limits. We were able to move in our loved one's furnishings and decorate the way we wanted for our loved one. The front desk is very welcoming and friendly. The care staff are always willing to serve and support when needed. The cook came out and introduced himself to reassure us that he cares about the needs of residents. The room, building and facilities are all very well maintained. I truly feel we found a gem for our loved one. I feel comfortable and confident of the care they provide.
