This is a terrible place to live non-attentive staff. Always fooling around and talking to themselves. They’re not paying attention to anything should be shut down and start all over again

Great, friendly, attentive staff. Food is much better compared to other places I have seen. Served hot, and given alternatives if not happy with the menu. Great therapy, nursing, activities, management and kitchen staff.

My mother was sent to this awful place for a work related injury that resulted in a fractured pelvis. She was dropped off by the transportation driver and her cold dinner plate was waiting for her in her room. No one examined her to assess her needs and she wasn't provided a walker so when she wasn't able to get herself to the bathroom that night, she wet the bed and she layed in her own urine until I called them to clean her up the next am as no one had been in to check on her. Later we were informed that no walkers were available and they were unaware that she even needed one. ( She was sent here for physical therapy?). My mother also has dangerously high blood pressure but was still waiting for them to go and pick up her pain meds and blood pressure meds. I drove 45 min from home to this facility and brought her home. We had to borrow her roommates walker to get her to the car and only as we were walking out did the doctor become concerned with seeing her...this place had one toilet for 2 rooms to share and was absolutely filthy and run down. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this facility. Why they are even open and operating is a huge concern.
