I would strongly advise anyone considering placing a loved one in this nursing home to look elsewhere. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and the level of neglect and unprofessionalism is truly shocking. There is a complete lack of care for the residents, and it is evident that the facility's primary focus is on maximizing income, not on patient well-being. The Directors of Nursing are non-responsive, and there are no official social workers to advocate for the patients, creating a critical breakdown in communication. The staff's behavior is appalling. I have witnessed aids yelling at and bullying patients daily, treating them as if they are a burden. The disrespect is compounded by the fact that patients' personal items are frequently stolen, and staff members eavesdrop on their private phone calls. Furthermore, the rounding doctor is highly unprofessional and has been heard yelling inappropriate and outright false slurs about patients in the hallways, an act that is completely unacceptable and disturbing. Daily life for the residents is unacceptable. Meals are often served hours late and are always cold. Aids will carelessly shovel food into patients' mouths without regard for their pace, creating a significant choking hazard. Obtaining necessary prescriptions can take weeks, putting the patients' health at risk. The combination of negligence and a hostile environment makes it clear that this facility is not a place for anyone to spend their final years. I would never, under any circumstances, recommend this nursing home. ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS STATING THIS PLACE IS GOOD ARE FAKE!

Baldwin Health Center Skilled Rehabilitation Center was absolutely wonderful. The nurses aids were so attentive during the week. The physical therapy was amazing, Marty was the best physical therapist my father had, and Rory was a great speech therapist! All the workers made you feel comfortable and gave you the information you needed and helped in every way.
