From first contact to move in to sustaining care, the staff in every position was professional, friendly and supportive. Becki Drake is the face of Bardwell. She is a competent and caring professional who goes far above and beyond her job as marketing director to ensure top quality care for the residents. Mitch Rivera handles tours of the facility and also the maintenance. He is the most cheerful person and someone who makes you feel comfortable like you are coming home. Elliot Triplet goes far beyond what his title of Executive Director suggests. He is not only an RN but adds a true personal touch looking after each resident. Diantha Hancock is the Director of nursing. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, and a truly exceptional, caring, kind, supportive person. My level of gratitude for these folks and what they do for my Aunt on a daily basis is truly beyond measure. Thanks Bardwell Residences!!
