What an amazing staff and facilities! I cannot say enough good things about them they have multiple safety features you wont find anywhere else, there food is amazing , the staff is beyond accommodating especially Jessica and Hailey the location is beautiful and everything is clean and wonderful this place is a hidden gem!

My mom one of the silent generation is a fiercely independent, tiny little gal less than 85 pounds. She takes in stride a number of aging health issues, loss of hearing, macular degeneration, AFIB, blood pressure, and others. But living out of state in an independent retirement apartment complex had become a lot more of an issue with the new dementia diagnosis. A decision to move her to assisted living became the most obvious choice. We wanted mom close by and some of the criteria was bright good lighting, a great staff assistance, opportunities to be around other residents and activities if she wanted to participate. Of course health care and daily monitoring if needed. After visiting a few assisted living communities we felt bay pointe filled the bill perfectly. Nestled in a nice quiet residential community the residence looks like a large old Victorian home. Often you will see residents in the main floor engaged in activities, physical therapy, visiting with each other or with staff. Many, my mom includes like to be outside for walks and fresh air. Bay pointe continues to improve and upgrade its amenities including meal services and care technology. The staff is great. Mom is in a safe and compassionate assisted living environment. Bay pointe filled our requirements. We continue to be confident we made a good choice.
