i would like to respond to the review that said her love one was at fiest park. my mom is currently there and I am desperately trying to get her out of there. that place is awful. leaking roof in the center of where the residents walk. torn privacy curtain . I really hope I can get her in to bear canyon. I'm going to go through the steps now. after speaking to jordon, who was very helpful

I was pleasantly surprised when visiting my Mom in the memory care unit. It was was clean my Mom was clean just finished eating lunch & she said she liked the food. The Activity person comes throughout the day to invite my Mom to activities & when she doesn’t want to go they do an activity in her room Desi the nurse was especially welcoming and showed me around she is a gem! I met the new Administrator I believe she will fulfill the vision of turning around the facility & making the improvements needed. Overall my Mom was calm & content
