No, PLEASE don't choose here. If I could do less than a star i would. Loved one here from August 29th to Feb 5. They are awful. No Dementia care. No training. Forgot to feed him. Forgot to check on him (told by Lyndy checked every 2 hours).. He was wet constantly, causing rash. Numerous falls. Man in his room left there for hours on floor. Numerous people in his room and numerous other things. Contacted State and ombudsman. Yes they evicted my Dad on January 27, 2025, after Lyndy and Trish saw video of their staff forcing dad into a disrespectful and so abhorrent situation. He was broken. I had already told them their staff needed to stop feeling crotch and looking down pants to see if wet. Just change briefs. Lied about so much. Forgot meals. Never meds on time. BEEHIVE BROKEN ARROW NEEDS TO BE DONE! They will blame us and our family. Have video and audio.. Have signed notice they received letter on Feb 27th. Major Refund due by March 15th, no response from Beehive of Broken Arrow since Feb 27th. I can post letter if anyone interested. Per their contract no attorney. Arbitration only.. Can't get any response from Beehive Broken Arrow. THANK YOU LORD FOR GUIDING OUR FAMILY TO IRIS MEMORY CARE!! In response to the Beehive Broken Arrow comment, we did go back to get the rest of our items prior to force out date. They had removed them from room prior to eviction date. And room had been emptied. We left february 5th. Trish said I know nothing about it, the room not touched. Lyndy said they followed protocol and emptied room. Have proof in writing. Also, if the BEEHIVE BROKEN ARROW had had Dementia training they would have known already..close doors, close blinds, turn down lights or turn them off, keep schedules, Memory Care is about constant schedule and on time meds and absolute training. Most important, the facility has care, love and compassion for our loved one.. They don't have it. Go ahead blame me. Idc, our loved one laughs again, lives again and loves again! Totally different and better. As for refund I was told that as of effective date of eviction letter date January 27th, 2025 they owe us refund. In meantime that's 7 thousand dollars extra they cost our family for one month. I am still trying to help my 85yo parents get what they can back for horrible care. Anyone, please feel free to contact me. **You can always contact State of Oklahoma for a facilities deficiencies. This place has numerous. It is public information.** Please be careful as you advocate for your loved ones.
