I just received a phone call from Brandy the director of nursing. She left me a message explaining how it was IMPERATIVE to speak to someone about my mother. I call literally a minute later (I am at work) and they hung up on me 8 times (could have been more if I would have continued calling). Out of the 8 times, they did answer once to just place me on hold. I was on hold for 7 mins so that someone can pick up and hang up. Extremely poor service. I don't care for a response to my review. I would like CHANGE!!!!!
