Ponchy
This place is corrupted by drama and depression that is masked with a smile for the residents family. I’ve witnessed verbal abuse and neglect to residents that need more help than others. I’ve heard of residents being stuck on the bathroom floor OVERNIGHT because no one dared check on them because they were classed “independent”. Most caretakers there lack the CARE and PATIENCE. Higher ups just want themselves to look good so they can suck as much money from these folks as physically possible. Do NOT WORK HERE and if you’re able, hire a CNA to come to your home and take care of your folks instead. Only good thing about this place are the residents themselves. They all are amazing people who’ve lived amazing lives and DESERVE the assistance that Benchmark promotes themselves to serve. All the staff needs to learn to help out EACH OTHER without unnecessary drama they inflict onto themselves. Can’t imagine sending my own loved ones here. OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID
