I have only been working at Benedictine Living Community since this past May, but I have been able to see the devotion and dedication the staff have for all the residents. I’m talking executive director to waitstaff to housekeepers to van drivers. It pretty amazing how much of a good TEAM there is there. It trickles down and the residents feel it. It’s a positive, loving place to be and I’m proud to be part of it.
