My mom spent three weeks at this rehab center after her back surgery, and our family is very grateful for the wonderful care she received. The first few days were challenging, especially with her needing overnight attention and help with changing, but the nursing staff quickly made us feel supported. Denise and Samantha were so kind and attentive, making sure my mom had her shower first thing in the morning and was cared for throughout the day. The concierge service from Eric was exceptional. He checked in constantly to see if my parents needed anything in the room and went above and beyond to make them comfortable, even bringing in a single sofa so my dad could spend his days by my mom’s side. The physical therapy team was also outstanding. John was very dedicated and attentive in helping my mom with her recovery, and because of his care she was able to make amazing progress in just a few weeks. We also want to thank Lily, the nurse manager, who was always available to answer questions and handle any concerns we had with such professionalism and warmth. Philip, the social worker, was equally wonderful—friendly, supportive, and very helpful in preparing for discharge planning and discussing services and insurance matters. Overall, this rehab center offered a clean, welcoming environment, but what really set it apart was the caring, friendly, and professional staff. They made a difficult recovery period much more comfortable, and we will always be grateful for their kindness and dedication.

This is rehab is so different , unlike other rehabs. Every floor is so clean and bright, the staffs are so friendly and supportive. Would recommend to anyone who wants their family member to have a comfortable place to stay for long term or short periods. Also this place has a lot of Asian staffs that speaks different dialects.
