My mother has been here for a few months now and the nurses are very childish and unprofessional! They turn the ringer off when they are tired of the patients calling them via the call button, they talk badly to the patients and treat them badly and most of the nurses talk about the patients to each other. My mom is not getting any better since being there and she’s been getting more bed sores and injuries since being there. The padding on the bed is not comfortable enough and my mother got a sore from the steel through the padding on the bed near her buttocks!

I have met several lovely staff members who have assisted my mother in her stay in the rehabilitation center; however, there is a nurse named Chin who was very unprofessional and combative regarding an issue with my mother's belongings. She was very aggressive and rude.
